License key by email, within a few hours
Your key arrives at the email you enter at checkout, with a receipt from Zenith Strategy Group LLC. Keys are issued by hand, so allow a few hours — if it takes longer, reply to your receipt and it will be sorted the same day.

Which payment methods can I use?
Whatever Stripe offers in your country — typically credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. The available options appear on the Stripe checkout page.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel, and you will never be charged again.
How do I activate the license?
Open the Media Sniffer popup, click the gear icon, and paste the key from your email. Premium features unlock immediately in that browser and any other browser where you enter the key.
How do refunds work?
Reply to your Stripe receipt email within 14 days of purchase and say you'd like a refund. The full amount is returned to your original payment method — no forms, no reasons required.
Who is the seller?
Media Sniffer is sold by Zenith Strategy Group LLC. That's the name you'll see on the Stripe checkout page and on your card statement.
